Muller light - aldi version

    are the aldi version of muller lights free also? (They are called brook lea fat free). I'm veggie so have these instead of mullers so just wanted to check :) (muller lights have gelatin in)

    Afraid they are all synned (1 to 3.5 depending on flavour) and aldi yoghurts have gelatine in them too don't they? I know the greek style ones certainly do xx

    oh noooo :( haha all the fat free flavoured ones are vegetarian. I don't understand how they are the same as muller but syned haha :cry: maybe it's the sugar xx

    The fat free greek style ones are free but have pork gelatine in them :(

    Aww :( I'm not that strict as a veggie so I may try to convert to mullers

    thanks for the info :) luckily the cherry are my fave so only 1syn :)

    Why not just use one of the vegetarian friendly yoghurt like activia fat free?

    I ran the vanilla and choc sprinkles one through the online calculator and it came out at 1/2 syn each?

    the calculator should be used as a guide when the actual value isn't available, it works out a rough figure for you. But the real calculations are more complex than just looking at the calories and fat. So if there is a real figure ont he syns onlien list use that instead.

    its not listed online which is why i used the calculator, and using the yogart as a free food, as it is fat free, it comes out at 1/2 syn each pot. if slimming world dont put everything online then then thats all we can do.
