Hi all - I think I've noticed a few extra hairs than previously coming out when washing/brushing my hair. A dietitian friend of mine had previously warned of this and advised me to take multivitamins. Anybody give advice on what we're allowed to take??

The packs are crammed with vits and minerals - you really dont need to take anymore.

The hair issue - i was told it was to do with the body not being used to having so many vits and minerals. It shouldnt be bad hair loss though, give it a week or two maybe xxx

Loving the Cambridge Diet
Hair Loss can occur with any diet where there is significant weight loss.

I have lost 25% of my body weight and have had no loss, not even a tiny bit, fortunately, but some people do get it.

Cambridge has total nutrition so you don't need any extra vitamins added to it.

I suffered with hairloss after losing 4 stones on the diet. it started after about 3 months and sent me into a complete panic and I stopped the diet. I did lose quite a lot of hair but with careful styling you couldnt tell and it is growing back fine now so Ive just restarted the diet again.

Not trying to scare you, but just wanted to make sure you get a balanced view.

I think if you are going to get any hairloss theres nothing you can do to stop it, but you wont go bald and it will grow back.
