mummymoo's attempt to not gain much more in this pregnancy

    After my shock this morning here goes my attempt to not gain too much more in the 11 (maybe less) weeks I have left ...

    Tuesday

    B: 2 weetabix(HEB), 200ml skimmed milk (HEA will have rest milk later), 8 HUGE strawberries quartered
    S: melon and grapes
    L: 1/2 packet bbq chunky chicken (free which surprised me), noodles, loads fruit
    S: banana and strawberries
    T: steak, mushrooms, onions, balsamic vinegar, jacket potato and salad
    S: Rest milk before beddybyes

    Syns: 22
    6 rich tea biscuits (3)
    jacobs iced gems (5)
    2 x feel good drinks co (14 eek won't be drinking them again )

    Wednesday was a complete write off after waking up full of cold. All I ate was crusty bread and Lurpack Light

    B: 2 weetabix, strawberries, skimmed milk
    S: apple
    L: noodles, veg and fish
    S: grapes and apple
    T: meant to be chicken stir fry but hubby didnt want that and called the pizza place - my will power didnt win i'm afraid still at least i managed a syn free day up till then!
    S: rest of skimmed milk

    syns: 3 slices ham and pineapple pizza (??15??)

    B: weetabix (HEXB), strawberries, skimmed milk (HEXA), 200ml glass apple juice (5)
    S:1/2 melon
    L: chicken stir fry and noodles that was gonna have for tea last night.
    S: don't think i'll need one after that lot but theres loads fruit in if I do.
    T: Homemade burgers, sw chips, bacon, cheese slices (4) salad
