After my shock this morning here goes my attempt to not gain too much more in the 11 (maybe less) weeks I have left ...

Tuesday

B: 2 weetabix(HEB), 200ml skimmed milk (HEA will have rest milk later), 8 HUGE strawberries quartered
S: melon and grapes
L: 1/2 packet bbq chunky chicken (free which surprised me), noodles, loads fruit
S: banana and strawberries
T: steak, mushrooms, onions, balsamic vinegar, jacket potato and salad
S: Rest milk before beddybyes

Syns: 22
6 rich tea biscuits (3)
jacobs iced gems (5)
2 x feel good drinks co (14 eek won't be drinking them again )

Thursday

B: 2 weetabix, strawberries, skimmed milk
S: apple
L: noodles, veg and fish
S: grapes and apple
T: meant to be chicken stir fry but hubby didnt want that and called the pizza place - my will power didnt win i'm afraid still at least i managed a syn free day up till then!
S: rest of skimmed milk

syns: 3 slices ham and pineapple pizza (??15??)
