I started slimming world on 1st October and am hoping to lose 2 stone by christmas, it's been suggested that I keep a food diary so I'm going to give it a go and see if it helps me! Any ideas or suggestions would be greatfully received as I am new to slimming world and have not quite got my head round it yet.
