Mushroom curry

    Zero point mushroom curry
    Need: Low fat cooking spray
    1 onion
    Mushrooms (I put loads in)
    2 tsps curry powder
    1/2 tsp cummin seeds
    4 table spoons of tomato purreee
    4 table spoons of non fat bio yogurt
    salt and pepper

    All you do is fry onions for 8 mins then chuck the rest in and let is simmer away for 10ish! Delish for 0 points!

    Is it zero points despite the yogurt because the quantities are so small Jen?

    I dont know, its from the weight watcher book that I got for xmas! Says the whole recipe is 1/2 a point but that should serve 4, so is advertised as zero point curry! was so yummy...although didnt serve 4 lol!!
