Has anyone tried the mushroom sauce in the SW mag
fry some mushrooms in frylite
when soft add 1 beefstock cube in 100mls boiled water add to pan
reduce it slightly
then add tbsp of fat free fromage frais to finish at the last minute before serving.
Ive made it a few times and its really nice.
