Mushrooms? Garlic????

Carbs and sugars are pretty much interchangeable dietwise aren't they? I mean since your body makes sugar from carbohydrate, they are basically similar except that a bit of energy is used in the conversion.
 
um... i've kinda been eating onions... as they are white?!?! oops!

and garlic... my cdc recommends using garlic for extra flavour?! hmmm (fresh garlic)

and... lazy garlic... euuuurgggggh... never again... tastes like vinegar!!! lol
