Extra Easy Mushy peas

Hi all, appologies if in wrong place. I just wondered if mushy peas were SUPERFREE, heard loads of people say about eggs, sw chips and mushy peas on the "whats for tea thread" but no mention of superfree with it, so are the mushy peas SUPERFREE or just FREE?

No they aren't superfree, I think this is something people still get confused with, they should be having 1/3 superfree with this meal aswell unless they are doing Green which the 1/3 rule doesn't strictly apply to!

They must be doing green days or are confused as you are right. Lots of people get confused with beans as well, they are free and not superfree too. But they are both superspeed which is probably why people get mixed up!!
