I am trying really hard to eat super speed foods and stick to free foods on extra easy plan but need some ideas on other things I can have (particularly in the evening that's quick and easy and warm if poss as the cold evenings drawing in!). I am going to turn into a mushy pea soon!

For quickness what about some other tinned veg? Carrots? baby sweetcorn? mushrooms? tomatoes? mixed veg? Spinach? are all superfree. Beans are free.

Or those Birds Eye steam pouches you shove in the microwave?
