My 10 Week TS Bali Bikini Diet

Just tried banana shake with coke zero, surprisingly nice! It masks the taste of the banana nicely.
Tummy is very much feeling like totm is imminent. Tried on some smaller clothes, small 14's, and apart from the totm bloating, they're good to wear. I will be so happy when the flabby bit of tummy goes too, that will be when I feel ok in a bikini.

Have redone all my low carb menu plans. Hurrah, has taken forever but I'm there now. Dreading the first shop, hardly done any since I've been doing Exante and DH has been running down the freezer.

All berries are lower in carbs than other fruits so if I eat fruit I eat a mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries and with extra thick double cream they are wonderful :):) or you could have them with natural yoghurt, the Greek yoghurt is nicest and as you will be low carbing you don't have to worry about the fat...........bonus!

hope so ;) Though not looking good to be clear before Sunday - now i'm praying for it to be delayed UNTIL after sunday now.

Get a moon cup Mrs, it'll hold a days worth easy. No need for grungy bogs then!

I'm so looking forward to berries and cream or Greek yogurt, yuuuuum!

I have a new plan, I'm going to stay on TS until 13th sept. Then my mum will be down to look after the dog while we're away, so I'll join in with eating low carb until we go. This gives me more time, which I think I'll need. Annoyingly I'm 13 shakes short so I'll have to do another Exante order, but that small price to pay for another week on plan.

Morning, beautiful day again, been out to the park with the dog and about to make my shake.
Feeling positive, hideous breath and quite chilly so clearly right into ketosis. Am going to spend some time today printing off low carb recipes and putting them in my recipe file. It's got headings, breakfast, lunch, desserts etc so whenever I'm really stuck for ideas I'll refer to it.

Had a very productive day at work; printed loads of recipes from the website Ms broadhurst recommended yesterday - the name escapes me- and have filed them in my folder. I cannot wait to try them, yum!
My lovely gay friend Russell at work, has recommended a weighted hula hoop from Tesco. He says it's great for whittling away the belly flab. He does it in the garden, wearing pink hot pants, leg warmers and a muscle vest whilst smoking a fag. I on the other hand will not, but I'll be trying it anyway!
Tomorrow I'm covering for the manager all day, so will be checking out many more low carb sites and printing away. Am sitting in the garden now, unfortunately there are millions of children playing in the river at the bottom of said garden making it rather noisy!

It's great, my dream job! Very reactionary with loads of time in between reacting!!! The garden I'm sitting in is my own (well, the landlords), work is over for the day!

Brrrr, I am so cold. Ran a bath only to find there was no hot water, cold, cold, cold!! Neighbours called round to ask if we wanted a bbq at their place, luckily hubby was eating his tea at that moment!
I'm really wishing flo would hurry along, I'm still feeling that dragging feeling in my stomach. Having said that, I am very happy that I'm wearing trousers which last saw the light of day when we went away to get married...

I spent last evening being very snappy with Mr Wonderful, a sure sign that TOTM cannot be too far away. I will have to make a special effort to be nice when I get home this evening.
I am still cold today, in fact I am wearing a thin jumper at work, so despite quite obviously being in ketosis I would love to have some tasty food (the canteen at work have just taken a lemon cake out of the oven!!). This is probably due to the TOTM thing, but not helped by the fact that I have spent the last 1.5 hours going through low carb recipes online and pasting them into a word document to print later! Wow, there are some truly lovely recipes out there, and I cannot wait to start this new phase of my life. I haven't felt so organised and excited about a new way of life for a long time. I especially cannot wait to try the coconut pancakes that diembroadhurst posted the link to, they look gorgeous! Shortly I will be starting to work out recipes to make for when my mum arrives on 14th Sept and for the following 2 days until we go. Only 21 days until I can get going - hurrah!
Nothing planned for this weekend other than having my eyelashes permed and tinted tomorrow! I have never had such a thing done before, but figured that it might be an idea since I am planning to spend alot of time in the pool when away. Also need to get the husband some food shopping in and get busy ordering specialist type ingredients in preperation for the low carbing, which I can't find in H&B or Tesco.

Ordered supplements and low carb baking type stuff from the wholefood store and they're going to send someone on their bicycle up to deliver it! Have also ordered a new heavy frying pan (the old one has buckled), this one can go in the oven too, also a coffee/spice/nuts grinder, booked a Travelodge for a trip to the NEC in October, and a hotel for an overnight anniversary trip to Ghent in November. It's all helped to make me feel that I am really on the way to getting started. Am feeling great despite the stomach cramps  Now, does anyone know whether I really need to get Xanthan Gum & Guar Gum or whether I could just get Xanthan? i only ask because I can get Xanthan in Tesco quite cheaply, but I would need to order Guar online and with postage it's about a tenner. I can answer that myself really, more of the recipes I have looked at need Xanthan than Guar so I'll start off with that and if I need the other I'll get it at a later date.
So when the Mothership arrives on 14th Sept I shall make the Lasagne as per the Low Carb Gourmet book, then something like a few berries and cream. The following day it'll be fluffy coconut pancakes for breakfast, a light lunch and possibly a roast for tea. Saturday night I'll be making the Cauliflower base pizza from www.yourlighterside.com
Eeek, work to do.....

Yep, I am cramping. It's weird actually because I usually have a 4 week cycle, followed by a 6 week, followed by a 4 week etc. This should actually be my 6 week, but there's no way that it's going to be that long. I think it's to do with the fat cells emptying, I seem to remember that last time I got to around 11 stone my cycle stabilised. It's a bummer for Bali though, I had worked it out nicely that I would avoid such events whilst there. Yours won't come Sunday, you'll just spend the whole day feeling like it has and having to keep check, then it'll pitch up Monday!!

Haaaa! Yes, printing done - got home, filed them all in their respective files and put them neatly in the kitchen. Then I cleaned the new 'low carb baking cupboard' and threw the flours etc away, before neatly arranging all the products couriered to me at work by pushbike from the Wholefood store. How darn excited I was!
Tomorrow, after the eyelash perm & tint (!!!!) I shall go to H&B for coconut flour, multi vitamin without iron (if they do such a thing??), and CoQ10. I also need vit B1 to keep the mozzies away in Bali. I got chromium, vitamin e etc at the Wholefood place. Then on the Tesco run I need coffee beans so I can grind them when Amazon send the grinder to me. I love, love, love it, it's all coming together and I feel organised.
