ProPoints My 1st food diary-please comment.

This is my first food diary and looking for any comments or advice! I've just had my second child and looking to lose about 4 stone! I am the heaviest I have been and im very determined! I weigh in on a Friday and last Friday I lost 2.5lbs. I'm allowed 31 points a day.

Sunday:

Breakfast :
Oats so simple golden syrup - 6pp

Snack:
2x tangerines - 0pp

Lunch;

2x warburtons seeded batch bread toasted - 5pp
Low fat spread - 1pp

Snack :
Ww Belgian cakes - 2pp

Dinner ;
Salad with 1 tbsp of low fat Mayo - 1pp
Salmon filet poached in water - 7pp
Peppers stuffed with Tilda express sundried tomato rice and cheese - 9pp

Didn't seem to be doing too well to be honest! Lost 2, stayed the same and then put a pound back on! :( but then lost 2 and half this week and all I changed was I only had bread once in the week. Hopefully I'll have another good loss this week. How are u doing? I currently weigh 14 stone and want to lose about 4 stone. Need to get back to my spin classes but haven't got a chance at the moment so will have to make do with walks and the wii fit! X

Chicken in barbecue sauce - 7
Salad -0
Wedges - 4
Egg - 2

Fruit - 0
Ww Belgian cake - 2
Butterkist cinema sweet popcorn (40g) we watched a film and couldn't resist ! - 4
