Well when i get a beard it itches. And due to the blonde hair, it has a severe ginger tinge to it when it gets long!!! The stubble though I dont think is a bad look.

This may sound stupid but every man I have ever met moans about getting ginger hair in their beards even when they have dark hair.... what's that all about??

haha which I think is why you dont see many guys with ginger beards. They shave it off then moan like a ***** for ages about it.
