My 2013 food diary.....the beginning of forever!!

I've dilly dallied for too long, yesterday jumped on the scales and have NEVER in my life been as heavy!! After a good cry and then a good shout at myself, I buckled down and made a start, have joined WW on line, and my daily allocation at the moment is 29pp.

Yesterdays diary

Breakfast - OSS golden syrup with 1tsp jam (5)

Lunch - 2 rounds w/m bread (4), 2 tsp Lurpak (2), 2 slices boiled ham (2) 28g Special K sweet chilli cracker crisps (3)

Tea - M&S count on us cottage pie 390g (9) *bloody scrummy!! with lots of free veg, ML yog (2)

Anytime - banana, skimmed milk (1) alpen light cereal bar (2)

Daily pp = 30/29

Weekly points used = 1/49


Today's diary

Breakfast - 2 rashers bacon all fat removed (2) 1 fried egg (2) mushrooms, tin plum tomatoes, 1 slice w/m bread (2),

Lunch - huge salad with M&S chargrilled squid rings (4) 1 slice w/m bread (2) ML yog (2)

Tea - M&S Fuller Longer Paella (11) with mixed vegetables (1)

Anytime - skimmed milk for tea (1) banana, grapes, melon, bag Golden Wonder C&O crisps 25g (4)

Daily pp = 31/29

Weekly pp used = 3/49

Absolutely ravenous!!! Trying to hang out a bit more for my brekkie tho so hopefully I won't want get the picking urge later!!

Friday 25 Jan


Breakfast - grapefruit, OSS golden syrup with 1 tsp jam (5)

Lunch - tin Heinz Cream of Tomato soup (6), 2 rounds w/m toast (4) 2 tsp Lurpak (2)

Tea - 170g chicken (4) stir fried with lots of stir fry veg. no sauce just splash soy sauce and some garlic, 150g Amoy straight to wok medium noodles (6)

Anytime - 2 x 142ml milk for tea (3) cornetto enigma (5) ML yog (2)

Daily pps = 37/29

Weekly pps used = 11/49.

Not venturing out today! Going to busy myself with housework and tidying and sorting some cupboards instead, and maybe later making a shopping list for some of the lovely recipes on here, ready for back to work next week

Take care out there if you are braver than me!! :)



Saturday Day 3

Breakfast - grapefruit segments (all juice drained), OSS golden syrup (4) with berries

Lunch - roast beef salad (3) with boiled egg (2), slice w/m bread (2), ML yog (2)

Tea - chicken stir fry (5) with 150g Amoy straight to wok medium noodles (6)

Anytime - skimmed milk for tea and porridge (3) banana, orange.

Daily points used = 27/29

Weekly points used = 11/49
