My 2nd time round diary

Ok so yesterday went as planned up until dinner time. After having my wisdom tooth out & a filling, my mouth was in no fit state to eat, so no tea for me. I used 5 1/2 syns on some quavers with dinner. 92.5/105

Extra easy today, if my mouth can face it. It feels all bruised & swollen inside.

Ok so yesterday went really well, used 5 1/2 syns on some snack a jacks & 2 on some light salad cream so 85/105 used.

Well yesterday was all good until tea time, not that I was bad just that I couldn't face my tea. Proper nervous for this morning, got to go and have some blood tests to rule something out. My tummy feels like it's doing back flips. Not for the actual test but for the results.
So today is going to be a green day

Hi not been around much this weekend, it's been hectic with extra shifts at work. I have stuck to plan though and it showed yesterday with a 6lb loss. 22lb in 4 weeks, very happy.

Today was a fantastic day, changed my lunch though to a ham salad bun(no butter) snack a jacks (5 syns) & a big fruit pot from asda. So I have used 5 syns today, I would like a big loss this week so Ian really going to try to not go over 8 syns a day. Ok so menu for tomorrow.

Ok so after having bacterial tonsillitis and ear infection for the past 3 days & eating nothing but tomato soup when I could manage it. I have lost a massive 11 1/2lb. Now I still feel like crap, my throat is still killing me & I'm getting to the point where I have had enough & want the antibiotics to hurry up & kick in.

Not going to post a menu for tomorrow, will post tomorrow night.
