HI all,
Just had my 2nd weigh in and was dreading the results as I've had the odd peice of chicken and some cheese.
BUT, I still lost another 7 lbs!!
What a result! So from now on, when Im craving food, I will eat a small peice of cheese or a slice of chicken and NOT feel guilty. Better then eating something I would regret!!

good loss ...........try not to go for the cheese and chicken as that can escalate........... as i know to my cost !!!! xx

Hun Try Not To Have The Food As Your Still Losing Big Amounts Due To Water And The Start Of A Diet Plus Your Brain Will Tell You Other Things Is Ok To Eat To... And Well Done Thats Fab Losses Xxx
