Eventually i wouldn't mind getting to 9st 7lb lol, but at the moment i want to get to a healthy bmi which is about 10st 7lb lol but just little goals at the moment :D here we come 12st :D

Tee hee funnily enough I fancied fish and chips tonight.... but we have moved to an area that I am that fussy unless I see the place first there is nooooooooooo chance I am going to eat there and most of the places there... the answer is NO!! So good for the eating regime I guess lol....

MAybe you need to move nearer me lol

Hi STS Tuesday gone...

Still in another bad week...doubt i will STS this Tuesday (been off from work for afew days) so nothing but eating and doing nothing etc..

Finding it really hard at the moment..
I eat then feel guilty after eating it, then i think i've blown it so i carry on eating.

Need to get back on track!

I've had a really good week! And have lost 6lbs! I'm 12st 11lb now!

Have been keeping on track!

Got a new weigh day now though starting next week i will be weighin in on a Wednesday due to starting college on Monday night will be staying at the OH :D

So happy! Hoping for 2lb next Wednesday!

Thats a fantastic loss vix . I totally understand how hard it is to stay focussed (see my diary!!!) but take it a day at a time. Look what you can do on a good week . think little black dress for Xmas :D:D
