Yes they are nice, like little cookie things. And i weigh them before i have them too, and measure the milk :D
 
Gutted!

Well yesterday didn't go to plan!

I had my breakfast

Cereal and yoghurt

Then fish and chips...and i ate everyone elses chips! Like a dog :(
But they were so beautiful!

And then i had about 4 doughuts!!

And that's it...no weeklies left.

New day today! Got to cope over the weekend too :(

Should be ok though..as long as i don't gain!

And the seaside was great :)

Weigh in tomorrow...

Well i've been good over the weekend...ain't gone over my dailies.

Still weighed myself on the works scales this morning and they are telling me 86kg, they was 84kg last week, soo...tomorrow morning i will know if i've gained haha..

Still i'm being good :)
