Sooo I have not been on for a few days! Been very busy one unwell child, 2nd biggest mistake of eating over the hole weekend!! Feeling soo crap n sorry for my self... I know no excuses all my own stupidity... So I'm going to give it my 100% from tomorrow as it's now or never!! It's just 30lbs I need to loose n y I am struggling I just don't know!! I'm feeling like a whale now!! Monday I wil restart.. No messing about or I
Will not just feel like a whale but I will end up looking like one !! Helpppppppp!!!!!!!!!

Day1--- starts with loads of cooking !! Got a positive feeling about today so I'm all good, let's see how my day goes on, ash heaps of ironing cooking cleaning! Sooo time should really fly

Hi shini glad your in such a positive mood, mondays my cook day too I do a meat and veg dish we mix n match to get us through the week. Good luck x

Hey lucky u all the weeks cooking done lol.. Mine wil only last til wensday then it's bak to cooking.. It's never knowing wot to cook.. As the moaning my kids do! Lol...
 
Half day has passed soo other half to go... So far feeling good no headaches no hunger, no cheating !! Aaah hope all the week I feel like today..:))

Cheers Busy, with me I had gotten so big I knew I had to do something about it.
So it's just been head down and get on with it.
I'm passed the half way point now, so my journey will get shorter.

Ok so I've had 2nd shake !! Just feeling cold.. Sure the feeling wil pass! Cnt wait for 8.30 lol I'm getting into bed n having an early nite !! It's good this diet but wen u break off n time out it's a struggle to get bak into! So I'm hoping I'm not going to break off for at least next till next Sunday.. Hmm next Sunday I want to go watch avengers n I hate not having nachos n popcorn!! But the more I tink about it the more I'm tinkkn a bar and zero coke n a coffee should help me get through !! I've promised the kids we'd go so no backing out now!! Aaah day1 almost over!!!
 
Awww good luck Shini. I fell off the wagon on Friday which followed into the weekend :( We had loads of goodies in the office. Had all the good intentions to get back on this morning but caved in when I saw all the goodies my colleagues had brought in again this morning... so picking myself up tomorrow and jumping back on TS. Well done for jumping back on, I know it can be hard x
