Im on ww and slim fast at the moment too.

Only been on slimfast 2 days so hopefully ill have a good loss too :) x
 
Yeah its defo working & I really enjoy the shakes with the almond milk its gorgeous.

Glad to see someone else mixing WW & slimfast.

Do you still use your pp aswell dolly or stick to the slimfast rigidly?
 
I have a wee cheat day.

Actually had 2 each week - not good!!

Need to stop stuffing my wee chubby cheeks.

Oh lordy, Been sooooooooooooo bad.

Ended up eating like a wee fat pig all week.

Thennnnnnnnnnnnn I didnt go back to WW on Saturday because I was too embarrassed cos I had gained weight.

Jeeeeeeeeeeez I am such an eejit,

I really want to do this but I am my own worst enemy.

I am the only one who is ruining this for myself but I cant seem to help it.

I swear I have the opposite of anorexia. Or I am just a greedy fat slob.

You're not alone in that. We just have to take one day at a time and constantly remind ourselves that we CAN do this xx
 
Hi Dolly, well the last two weeks have been horrendous food wise for me too as I have been off plan but I'm straight back to it today and feeling determined.

As MrsLmc says, see if you can form a plan that you might be able to stick to and which might help get your motivation back.

I have read that a lot of people don't go back to meetings when they have put weight on but apparently, that is exactly when you should be going :D

Keeping my fingers crossed for you and hoping you can get that motivation right back! xx

Current Weight 16st 0lbs
Weight Lost 0st 0lbs
Weight to Lose 5st 7lbs
Target Weight 10st 7lbs
When - November 2015

Right this is the final restart, I have just been kidding myself on this last while.

I can lose this weight & I will do it.

Positivity is the way forward.

No longer focusing on the negatives all the time.

:) I am healthy
:) I will lose this weight
:) I can do this
:) Breakfast was a slimfast latte shake which was just delicious
:) Snacks for the day will be nuts & raisins
:) Drinks for the day black coffee & water
