My 5k to 10k to Thinner me

So my 2nd proper 5k jog... Complete beginner and completed it in 32mins including the 3rd mile only taking me 10mins.

So I'm on day 4 of giving up smoking
I completed my 2nd 5k in 32mins
I'm currently 14.4 as of Monday this week.

Writing this here so I can keep track of it all

Ok so this Tuesday will be 3 weeks no smokin and yes as I thought I wouldn't be so good with food, I think I've gained maybe 2 lbs but that's nothing really.
So tomorrow I am bak into the swing of things all round, thought I would post some targets and revised goals

1: 4 x a week lunch time Work outs (T- Body conditioning W- spin Th- spin & F-combat/pump)

2: 3 x 5km runs a week

3: 4 x kettle bell circuits

4: Strict healthy eating, Not to cut out any food groups but limit Bread and limit Carbs till only before 6pm.

5: lose 3lbs on this first week back

6: by June 3rd weigh 13 stone exactly

7: by July 7th weigh 12 stone

8: by 25th August weigh 10.7

9: 16th September to complete London to Brighton 54 miles bike ride

10: to complete a 10km run


Total weigh lost will be 55 pounds
 
Weighed on Monday at 14.6

Only really been back being totally good since yesterday Tuesday.

Good day again today and hoping to go for a run or walk atleast 3 miles.

Keeping in mind what's important
Back to work tomorrow so will be doing a spin class

Bang on track food wise for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

Tuesday walked dog twice 25/30 mins a time
Wednesday walked dog 25 mins
Thursday 45min spin session plus 25min dog walk

Feel better already can't wait for weigh in Monday and inch loss is at end of month ;-)
 
Nothing weekend other then dog walking an gardening.

Sunday 30 mins dog walk with bits of jogging
Monday- 30min run

4 weeks complete of no smoking and wow my chest when running feels great
 
Tuesday - Complete Conditioning

Wednesday - Rest day (bad eating)

Hoping today will be better with a spin session at lunch and a run with the dog this evening
I am also aiming to drink 3 litres of water from today onwards
I am starting the Paleo diet Monday with my big bro so need to start preparing for that

Thursday - spin plus run/walk with dog
Friday- run with dog

Saturday/Sunday rest

Monday Morning starting Paleo, 30 day shred and hoping to build some interval training in to
 
Monday nearly done

I have stuck to Paleo 100%

Breakie: scrambled egg, grilled tomato and mushrooms

Lunch: chicken and veg

Dinner: steak and veg

I have had 3 litres of water and a couple of green teas

Exercise : body pump 40 mins + 30 day shred

My first day of 30 day shred this and my 12 week Paleo diet will be going hand in hand
