lol yea perfect swap, the ww puddings are lush.

i'm getting on fine thanks hun. went out last night with the bf, ate a 3 course meal, loads of cocktails then went to the casino afterwards, think i ate over 2000 calsand finding it so hard to get back on track.

glad to be back here now.

Its hard to get back on track sometimes but you can do it!! I am good thanks, bit board today weather is rubbish and stuck indoors. Oh by the way I have moved my journal to members only diarys just incase you were wondering where I disapeared to lol! hope you still pop by :)
 
so far it seems like calorie counting is working for me! I'm so thrilled with it, hope I can manage to keep this up so I can lost my first stone. I keep craving crap food in the evenings but just keep thinking 'do I want to eat it or do I want to lose weight?' and that's working for now...love reading all of your experiences x

lol i was starting to think that my laptop was going mad, thats good your ok and still going strong, i'll try and find the members only diary, i'll always pop by and see how your getting on hun.

it wasnt easy for me when i started out but once the pounds started moving it made me more motivated to carry on, you will find at times where your gonna crave the naughty foods but if you allow yourself a litle bit everyday all in moderation it should all be fine for you. i would suggest you save your treat until in the evenings then that way you'll feel as if your not missing out too much.

you will get to your 1st stone in no time hun, just give it 70% thats all you need.

i no good question about my food diary, been feeling a bit ill, think i'm coming down with the flu, got a sore throat and headache, still ob track thou, but as of tomorrow i'll get back on track with writing down my foods... how are you getting on?

L - southern fried chicken quorn style, tomato, spring onions and salad leaves with a bit of french dressing and 2 x toast - 350

Just wondering, what do you guys use to tell you how many calories are in things? websites? books?
