Hi All did my food plan this am but it just dissapeared into cyber space.

Lost 5 1/2 1bs at the weigh in last night.Amazing as i only lost 7 1bs on the V.L.C.D on my first week.

I know that the weight loss will drop slowly but feel soooo much better and it does not feel like a diet .

I love the food i have had and all the extended family eat more or less what i doso its no more expensive and i get my veg and fruit from Aldi or localasian shows which are so much fresher and cheaper plus the unusal vegtables.
Very confident tonight.
Had a lovely day out with my work, at Southport, enjoyed my low fat lunch.

The people i was with all wanted Fish and Chips, so i just sat with them and let them order and said i would like just a coffee.
I explained that i was eating a low fat food plan for my health which was not a lie and ate 2 pieces of fruit at the table and later popped into Marks and had a sprouting bean meal with another coffee.
I did not feel deprived or draw attention to myself, it felt good to not even want Fish/chips .

Will post tomorrow am then away from noon to Shropshire till Sunday so cant post food plan but will write it down in diary....Good luck to EVERYONE.
