well i'm finding it very hard to get back into lipotrim after i was very very sick on day 1, so here i go with weight watchers!

apple and melon for breakfast

1/2 hr run/walk (better than nothing i guess)

salad with a drizzle of sweet chilli (0)
lasagne (don't know the pp can any one guess?? pub ones are 17)

Got a salad ready for tea in work and had 6 glasses of water so far :)

Edit had salad with <1tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1) a yoghurt(2) banana, and after work a WW desert(4) going to count the lasagne as 17, could be way off ...
24 pp , plus picked on a few chippies at work, my goal for this week is to STOP PICKING IN WORK!!

Day 2!!
Had a busy day shopping for staff xmas party(to no success!!:() so grabbed a few bags of fruit as I went along then went for a meal with the family in the evening, they were all tucking into curry ribs chips lasagne you name it!! But I had a looovely salad :) so treated myself to some rose and WW deserts (BECAUSE I CAN!!) xx

Bowl of melon
3 bags apple and grape
1/2 tub waitrose tomato and basil soup 300g 3pp
1 slice hovis seed sensation bread 3pp (shocked!!)
1 sml banana
salad with chicken and sweet chilli sauce (2)
wine (11)
3x WW eclairs (6)
WW desert (4)

29 pp :)
 
Had a little emotional breakdown already today and had 4 pieces of WHITE (never eat white!) toast with nutella. hoping if i'm good for the rest of the day it'll be ok?! I think it comes to 12pp for the bread and 4pp for the nutella. On the plus side i had a banana! Haha.
