My diary to being a slim me, soooo excited!! :D

I'm off on a field trip for a few days today so will reply to everyone when I get back! :) Hope you all have a good start to the week! :)

Breakfast -

* Porridge made with apple and blackcurrant cordial (200 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)

Snack-

* 2 apples (100 cals)

Lunch-

* Mushroom omlette (120 cals)
* Sugar free jelly x 2 (20 cals)
* Apple (50 cals)

Snack-

* Strawberry biscuits (60 cals)

Tea-

* Courgette soup with ciabatta
* Side order of vegetables with tatare sauce
* Apple (50 cals)

Supper-

* 6 melba toasts (70 cals)
* Half a pack of sugar free polos (40 cals)

Total Calories = 720 then the soup & veg on top!

:) Not too bad :)

Hey hun! omg! 8lbs in 2 weeks that's amazing!! So glad the scales got shifting again for you!! Think the cutting back on gym helped hehe :) hope you have a great time on field trip and thanks so much for your help xxx

Baaaaaaad day today (esp. breakfast!!)! But have done LOTS of hiking up and down valleys! And even though I have/will eat loads, I'm going to still write it all down so it doesn't turn into a binge!!

Breakfast -

* 2 x small bowls of porridge with jam
* 2 x bowls of muesli with grapefruit and sugar

(800ish cals??)

Snack-

Lunch-

* 6 melba toasts with tomato puree (100 cals)
* Low fat yoghurt (100 cals)
* Apple (50 cals)

Snack-

Tea-

* Baked beans on toast with marmite (370 cals)
* Jammy pink 'n' white (55 cals)
* Meringue nest (50 cals)
* Porridge made with blackcurrant and apple cordial (140 cals)

Supper-

* Onion ring crisps (70 cals)
* 2 x toast & marmite (160 cals)


Total Calories = 1895 upto now! :rolleyes:

On top of this I've now had a ton of cereal, 10 sugar free marshmallows, 2 meringue nests and 4 party rings, 3 x crackerbreads and a yoghurt... this field trip has obviously made me VERY hungry! Can't wait to get back to normal calorie counting and start a fresh in the morning! :p and I'm SURE there'll be more to come after this lot! But at least I'm admitting what I'm eating :) and that's half way to solving the problem :) (normally I wouldn't admit anything when I eat loads! :p)

And 4 slices of toast, 7 rich tea biscuits, salt and vinegar sticks, 4 party rings and a solero lolly...

Note to all... this had better make you all feel better about your eating habits and how well you're all doing!

I'm actually quite disgusted with myself looking at all this! But I guess out of the bad there always comes some good, so I'm going to learn from this like I do every time! :)

Can I just say I absolutly admire you for that!! Every time I binge I could never bring myself to write it down but I will be from now on!! And trust me hun Ive eaten badly many times and probably had more than that!! Thankyou for sharing with us!! Bloody enjoy it! :) xxx
 
The hiking must have cancelled SOME of the stuff out so i wouldn't worry bout it too much hun....just hope you enjoyed it!! Sounded bloody lovely, lol! :)

I get them from morrisons shanny, you can get chicken, onion and tomato. Theyre very watery but for 10 cals cant complain! :) xx

Aww are they I was thinking of buying some! Maybe to to packs in a cup and water 2 down? Maybe it wont be as watery then. Im going to give it a go anyway :D x

Supper-

* Pickled red cabbage (15 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)
* Mini milk ice lolly (30 cals)

Total Calories = 1190/1200
