Here's my food diary people! :D Will update it every day, as per...

:rainbow:Monday 13th Sept :rainbow:

Breakfast -

*Honey flavoured pawridge made with water (110 cals)
* Apple (50 cals)

Snack-

* Salt and Vinegar French Fries (85 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)

Lunch-

* 2 apples (100 cals)
* 2 nectarines (100 cals)

Snack-

* 2 mini marmite rice cakes (15 cals)
* Nimble toast with marmite (70 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)

Tea-

* Totally Innocent Veg Pot (370 cals)
* 2 sugar free jellies (20 cals)
* Low fat yoghurt, popped in the freezer (95 cals)

Supper-

* Nimble toast with marmite (70 cals)
* 8 strawberry flavour stick biscuits (30 cals)

Total Calories = 1135

HIGH 5 TO THAT! :D

* Pink 'n' White (50 cals)
* Apple (50 cals)

Snack-

* Weight watchers home made lemon drizzle bun (40 cals)
* Apple x 2 (100 cals)

Tea-

* Spaghetti in tomato sauce on toast (300 cals)
* Meringue nest (50 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)
* Nectarine (50 cals)

Supper-

* Nimble toast with marmite (70 cals)
* 8 strawberry flavour stick biscuits (30 cals)

Total Calories = 1140

Just healthy eating! havent counted the calories have just tried to make healthier choices and look for foods that are low in calories! You have nothing to be jealous of, you look absolutly amazing!! xxx

I keep meaning to write on here what they are so I can share with all you lovely people! lol

Unfortunately they may be hard to get hold of...

In the massive tesco near me there's like a food of the world aisle, selling foreign products, they're down there, they're exactly like those mikado biscuits I think, like long thin biscuits dipped in either strawberry yoghurt with strawberry pieces, or dipped in chocolate with almond pieces...

On the box it says 100g = 126 cals
The pack is 46g (so let's say half) = 60 cals
There's about 16 biscuits in the box
So 8 biscuits is roughly 30 cals :)

Even better, they're 79p but buy one get one free at the moment!! :)
