All diets start on a Monday, right? And mine is no different.

I have 2 and a half stones to lose. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to do it yet, what plan, how I'll stay motivated, how I'll learn to say no to all of the things I've said yes to that have contributed to me getting to this size, but I will. And I'll use minimins to help me.
