    This is going to be my first day, I hope I can stick to it!
    I plan to lose 140lb but I have no idea what a realistic goal time would be!
    I really hope I can stick to this, I'm so motivated right now but it is basically midnight so I might lose my motivation by the time I wake up. Wish me luck!
