Snack: Cheese and Onion Flavour Bakes - 105 Cals
Lunch: Chicken Mulligatawny Soup - 165 Cals
Dinner: Vegetable Chilli - 258 Cals
Snack: Berry Snack Bar - 96 Cals

Not too bad.
 
I have a packed of 22g snack a jacks as they are between 89-92 cal depending on flavour mmmm yummmy
