I'm back on here after trying low calorie and being hungry - also partner is an excellent cook and only uses pure foods butter/oil/ cream ( no low fat calorie counting ) with out realising it ( apart from bread he cooks Atkins style , and out two different eating styles classed .
So I'm back to low carb again .
Looking to loose a stone , but holiday in just over two weeks so in starting on induction .
Time is of essence so will down load Atkins book on kindle .
Work is difficult but I'm guessing meat/egg/prawn salads
Fish/ chicken veg for tea .
I have decaff tea/ coffee can I use soya milk in tea
Will post at end of day my diary
