Had a few treats last night and once I start then that's me done for keeping on track.

New day today

B: 28g bran flakes, 100ml ss milk and a banana
S: apple and pineapple
L: jacket, LF cottage cheese and baked beans, mullerlight
S: hot chocolate (2syns) pudding rice with half a Ww yoghurt!
T: guess you could call it cottage pie? extra lean minced beef (1HEb) carrots, sweetcorn, swede, brocolli, baked beans, passata topped with mash potato.

Finished my tea off with a small yoghurt and just had pudding rice and a yoghurt! Have been out and not got hungry. If I'd have been home I would have eaten at 8 because I was bored.

Good day again today (been saving syns in case of a random trip to London and to make up for going over on wednesday, so far so good.)

L: v.small bowl of speed soup followed 20 mins later by a jacket potato with homemade quiche (3 syns) including cabbage for more SS, half a muller yoghurt

Kept up late last night and had munchies!

L: veggie soup and bread (1/2 HEb) small jacket pot, quorn chicken fillet, baked beans and passata, mullerlight
S: pineapple, apple snack pack, banana, dairylea dunkers (6 syns), alpen light x 3 (1 1/2 HEb) ripple (9.5 syns)

lots of snacks but ended up going to sheffield for a concert at the last minute (very proud that I stuck within syns)

but then when i returned home just after midnight, i tried to sleep but my stomach was rumbling at about half 1, couldn't sleep so half an hour later at 2am I needed something more substantial, so I had a large bowl of all bran, a chocolate mini roll and 20 mins later had a club biscuit.

Quite annoyed as I tried so hard to stick within syns when I was out, but I am trying to think positive as when I was out I did stick to my syns it was only when I returned home and I was in bed shivering, feeling ill and hungry that I ate.

So today trying for a lowish syn day.

Did 10 days of green and gained a 1lb today (showed 2lb gain yest when I sneak peaked) a day back on EE and I'm enjoying it so much more. X
 
Yeah it's stress free! Think I will be having a green day sat as I'm out for the day and would like extra HEbs :)

So had a day out in Manchester and with 30 syns saved I think I've done quite well :)

B: scrambled egg, baked beans, quorn sausages
S: alpen light (1/2 HEb) apple
L/T: cottage pie, peas, 2 slices of ciabatta bread, ice-cream ( meal out)
S: pineapple, alpen light (1/2 HEb) mullerlight

No idea if that is more than 45 syns but will have a low syn day tomorrow and then back to normal on monday for WI on wednesday :) x
