Weigh in wed, then want to be good as I have a hen weekend this weekend. And I know it won't be worth binging as I put on so quick. Luckily we're in apartments with cooking applicances :)

Right so lost the 1lb I gained last week, back on EE, saved my syns for weekend treat and seems to have worked :)

This weekend i'm away and hoping to be relatively good, taking lots of SW friendly food with me. Also decided to have tea a little later in the evening as I always get boredom eating around 7/7.30 so had tea at this time instead.

B: apple, pear, LF nat yoghurt and alpen light bar (1/2 HEb)
S: pear, apple, banana, orange
L: superspeed soup, pasta mug shot, shape zero yoghurt, orange
S: banana, apple, mullerlight
T: bowl of potato, leek and broccoli soup, followed by swede and potato mash and 2 chicken thighs
S: alpen light bar (1/2 HEb) mullerlight

syns: 0

Another syn free day so far in prep for the weekend.

B: 2 weetabix (HEb)
S: pear, 2 bananas
L: jacket potato, beans and LF fromage frais, shape yoghurt, pineapple
S: banana, pear, mullerlight, small bowl of superspeed soup
T: extra lean minced beaf (small portion) swede and potato mash, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, sweetcorn, passata, baked beans, onion, stir fry veg, beef stock, shape yoghurt
S: 2 kiwis, pudding rice with 3/4 of a mullerlight, flump (1.5syns)

Total syns 1.5 syns, syns for week 1.5 syns

So supposed to be heading up to Skegness for a hen weekend but the bride or hen is poorly :-( so heading up tomorrow. Which means I can have another good day in prep for some potential treats tomorrow.

Counting 5 syns for the week with the odd drop of ketchup in my diet. 40 syns saved, which is good with the baking my friends have done for the day.

Probably 60 syns for today but way over! Can never be good lol

S: chocolate cake, mini fairy cakes, 5 alcopops, a few biscuits oooops lol

But hopefully a better planned day tomorrow, if not it's my friends hen weekend. I could have avoided the fish and chips but I thought everyone was eating together.

T: fish pie (fancied something filling) fish, broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, carrots, 2 small potatos, 1 parsnip, mushy peas. parsley sauce (1syn) kerry low low cheese spread (2syns)

Vic - as long as you had a good time at the hen do thats all that matters!!
And if you do have a small gain, it's easily fixable next week :)

Ps - i LOVE quorn sausage sandwiches for breakfast! Good call ;-)
