Hi there I'm new to slimming world trying out as sick of losing a gaining the same 2lbs everyweek with weight watchers

I'm not going to classes but my bestie is and she's basically my coach!!!

I will wi every Saturday morning today is was 10st 2lbs I'm looking to loose
Around a stone to be back at the weight I was when I met my lovely other half who as you can tell loves food!!!

So today I tried extra easy

Breakfast- mullerlight as I was in a rush to get to hair appointment.

Lunch- Cous Cous, cottage cheese (1/2 syn) and extra lean bacon, I also had some tomatoes and cucumber on the side

Snack- 2 Alpen lite bars (heb)
Ww hot choc (2syns)

Dinner- chicken breast, jacket potato with cheese (hea) and corn on cob light butter (1syn)

Having a pink and white wafer in a little
While 2 1/2 syns

Total 6 syns
