Doing the Exante Total Solutions on Shakes.
Start Weight: 17.7 Stone
Long Term Goal: 8.2 Stone
Mini Goal: Feel motivation by getting fit to start doing daily workout.
Day 1 - 3 : Was so hungry! But managed it!
Day 4 : Started feeling great, not hungry in between shakes
Day 5 : Sleeping great and waking up feeling great and ready for the day, feeling a little colder than the other days. I think I have finally got into ketosis as my breath pongs :-D
