I lost sod all really, but my stamina massively increased. I am back on the exercise like a car bonnet (as Lucy would say) from Monday when all my visitors leave!

well..im back at last! i have had a lot on recently, including a new job at school woooo!!! but got weighed today ad i am apparenty 7st 12lbs. got m thinking i had beter put my diary up again at some point so here goes.. (p.s wont be as tidy as before as i dont have the time!)
wednesday:
bowl of harvest crunch cereal with semi skimmed milk
a kit kat
a handful of crisps
an apple
half a pizza
a boiled sweet (seems to stop the sweetie cravings you get after tea!)
an ovaltine light (yes im stilllll drinking those) lol
