I set about making my first set of Oopsie rolls this afternoon - I had some sliced roast beef, onion, lettuce, tomato and a bit of mustard and it was really nice to be able to hold a big "roll" full of nice things - I did like them but they tasted a bit too eggy - I would deffo make them again, even if it was just to hold I was wondering though, if there was any tips you guys have to make them taste less eggy?
