My first post... a little nervous!

Hello girls and guys.
After a few weeks of thinking about it I finally plucked up the courage to post. :eek:
My mission for the year is to lose 50lbs (and feel better and more energetic in the process!).
A colleague of mine has given me a book called "Rebel Diet" which I am in the middle of reading.
It looks quite interesting so far, I was wondering whether anybody else here has read it or followed the diet?
Any input or advice would be very appreciated.

No I haven't heard of that one either.

What is it?

You will get lots of help and encouragement on this site anyway regardless of what plan you are on.

Thanks for the welcome!
Have not quite finished the book (had a really busy week :sigh:) but will do in the next couple of days.
I will let you know how I get on when I start the diet.
In the meantime take care :)
