My first time sharing my diary-any advice welcome

today I havent because everything has kept me so full. I generally start off the week really good and then start having chocolate cravings towards the end of the week.
Want a good weight loss this week so determined to stay on track.

I know what you mean it's hard sometimes to fit all the food your allowed in, I am allowed 4 extra healthy options cause I'm feeding my baby but I haven't even thought to have them today! Can you carry syns over if you don't use them? X

I have seen a lot of people carrying syns over and saving them for say a big treat or takeaway at weekend. Comes in handy cause then if i have a bit of a blip later in week, I dont feel so guilty ie when i'm sat there with a spoon and jar of nutella haha

breakfast: magic porridge with blueberries
lunch: super speed soup--- not sure how many more days i can stomach this soup :sigh2:

tea: thinking a noodle soup based thing with some frozen wontons that i have (guessing at 1.5 syns x 5 wontons=7.5)
strawberries with sweetened quark for afters

Breakfast: crunchy bran with a banana (hexa &b)
Lunch: rice salad with chicken and dressing (4syns for dressing)
Skinny latte (rest of hexa)
Tea: 3 x morrisons eat smart sausages (1.5syns) with mash and mushrooms/onions & sw pepper sauce
strawberries with sweetened quark mixed with a choc options (3 syns)

8.5 syns
