My first week

My first week doing it at home/online and I have lost 5lbs. I was amazed. I have struggled with my weight for years and joined ww and gave up a number of times. The most I ever lost with them was 3lb in one week.

I am really loving all the nice breakfasts - I've had something different everyday whereas before it would be porridge. I have never felt hungry once this week. The only willpower I've had to use is not to open that bottle of wine - saving it as a treat at the end of the FAF.
