My first WI.........................

Oh My Good God!!!!! Ive lost a stone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooohoooo!!! 14.5 lbs to be exact!!!

But to be fair, I binged so much over xmas and new year so had I started on a 'normal week' then I prob wouldnt have lost so much!!

Bring on week 2!! Im soooo excited!!!!

That's amazing!!! Well done! At my CDC's this morning she got me to hold a tray of tetras, which weigh a stone, it's crazy to think you lost that in one week!!
