Hi People, going to be posting a daily food diary, any advice,help and suggestions will be appreciated!
Breakfast:
Egg and Red Onion Omelette (Cooked in Frylight)
1 Can of Baked Beans
1 Cup of Coffee (HEXA - Skimmed Milk)
1 Bananna and 1 Apple
Lunch:
Subway Salad (Turkey Breast with BBQ Dressing)
1 Bottle of Water
Dinner:
Quorn Cottage Pie
1 Apple
Water
