My food diary - all comments / help welcome!

I am new to slimming world and as I'm going it alone I thought that posting on here might keep me focused and get advice on where I am going right / wrong!
So here goes day 1....

Red Day -
250ml skimmed milk for tea/ coffee x 2 = 2 Hex A's

Mid morning (no time for breakfast as late getting up for the school run!!!) - handful of grapes, 2 slices of ham

Lunch - 2 slices of bread from a wholemeal 400g loaf ( HEx B) with 4 scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, 2 plums and a pear

Mid afternoon - about 8 crabsticks

For tea tonight I am planning to have a lean steak with onions (done in fry light) and carrot and swede mash, followed by a vanilla mullerlight (frozen)

Also a topic (12 syns)

Late snack - toast (H Ex B) with quark mixed with very lazy chillis - yum!!!

Does this look okay?

Today - Green day -

Breakfast - cup of tea (with milk from H Ex A), melon, 2 plums and an Activia Fat Free Blueberry yogurt.

Lunch - pasta with chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn and peppers with Kraft Italian dressing (the fat free one), apple, mango slices.

Snack - 2 x Alpen Light BArs ( H Ex B) and a pear

Tea tonight will be Asda vegetable Chilli - the tins, which are free, with boiled rice and syn free chips.

Snacks - Space raiders (3 syns),

So far so good!! ( I think!!!)
