Hi all,

I've been reading through the diaries, and it's made me feel guilty about not doing one! So... here's mine!
I started WW on Tuesday and want to lose at least 3 stone :sigh:. Oh well - here goes nothing!

Weds:

Daily allowance: 29

Breakfast=5
Oats so Simple -3
Skimmed Milk - 1
Options sachet sprinkled in - 1

Lunch=9
1/2 tub of Sainsbury's Butternut Squash soup- 3
1 Wholemeal roll- 4
2tsp Flora Light -2

Dinner:13
1/2 M&S Gastropub Paella - 13

Snacks:
1 Apple-0

Total: 27. 2 points under - how did I manage that?! ;)

Thursday:

Breakfast=5
Oats so Simple -3
Skimmed Milk - 1

Lunch=14
1/2 tub of Sainsbury's Butternut Squash soup- 3
2x Wholemeal roll- 9
2tsp Flora Light -2

Dinner=11
1/2 jar WW Korma sauce - 3
1 WW Garlic Naan - 4
180g chicken breast - 4
Broccoli
Green Beans

Snack:
1 apple - 0

Total 30 points (1 weekly point used)

Lunch:6
WW Chilli beef Pizza oval -6

Dinner:12
2x Sainsbury basic range shepherd's pie-12
Broccoli
Green beans

Snacks=6
1/2 of crisps -3
Apple, banana, grapes (hungry today!)
small glass of wine 3

Total: 29

- the Sainsbury's Basic range shepherd's pie is only 6 pp and it's lovely AND only 90p!! Bargain! Didn't really need 2, but as usual eyes were bigger than belly!
 
Saturday:

Breakfast: =4
1 egg - 2
1 wholemeal toast-2

Lunch:=8
2 wholemeal toast -5
3 Babybel light melted on top-3

Dinner:12
60g wholemeal pasta (weighed dry)-6
mixed with 2xLaughing cow lights -2
and a squeeze of Gourmetgarden basil -1
1.5 fillets of smoked haddock-3

Snacks:6
30g of toffee popcorn -3
Curlywurly -3

Total:29 :)

Will need to fight my urge for Vodka! Am trying not to have any more of my weekly bonus points this week as want a good first week weigh in on Tuesday!
 
Sunday:

Breakfast: 5
1x wholemeal toast-2
1 large egg scrambled-3

Lunch: 8
wholemeal pasta -6
2x laughing cow lite-1
1x babybel -1

Dinner: 15
Breaded cod fillet-9
125g McCain's lightly spiced wedges-5 (weighed frozen - good sized portion!)

Snacks:
Banana
1x Alpen light bar -2

total: 29

REALLY hungry day today - it's been a tough one, but haven't cheated, so that's something!

well done!!!!;) try eating more fruit if you are hungry, try that strawberry smoothie it is yummy and it will fill you up and only 2pp :D

Thanks for your well done's! :) :)

Didn't post this week as I've got an impacted wisdom tooth, so have been really struggling ... BUT managed to lose 1/2 this week, so am v. pleased.

Am going to dentist tomorrow, so am carrying on tomorrow, and will start posting my menu again (mainly soup, as that's all I can eat without pain!)

sorry to hear about tooth! just like me 1/2lb so well done:D Hope dentist can sort it for you asap
