    Lunch - Mullerlight Yog, Pear, 2 Satsumas, Quorn Curry & Rice Ready meal(5 Sins)
    Tea - Home made falafels, natural yog, ainsley harriott spice sensation cous cous, mullerlight yog
    Snacks - 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HE!)
    Supper - Oatsosimple (1HE)
    A - Milk

    looks fine except you need to have more syns and also try getting plenty of veg in your diet...like having salad with your main dinner.
