B - Banana
Mid Morn - Banana
Lunch - Mullerlight Yog, Pear, 2 Satsumas, Quorn Curry & Rice Ready meal(5 Sins)
Tea - Home made falafels, natural yog, ainsley harriott spice sensation cous cous, mullerlight yog
Snacks - 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HE!)
Supper - Oatsosimple (1HE)
A - Milk
 
B - Banana
Mid Morn - Banana - Try not to eat too many bananas in one day, as they have been know to slow weight loss down.
Lunch - Mullerlight Yog, Pear, 2 Satsumas, Quorn Curry & Rice Ready meal(5 Sins)
Tea - Home made falafels, natural yog, ainsley harriott spice sensation cous cous, mullerlight yog - same with the Mullerlites - try to limit to 1 a day if you can
Snacks - 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HE!) - dont forget the other half! (you can 2 bars as a HeB)
Supper - Oatsosimple (1HE) - is this all??? Arent you going to be hungry?
A - Milk
What quantity are you having as your HeA? What type of milk is it?
