My Food Diary on the Countdown to 50

I'm going to start exercising next week. I used to ride my bike to work, which was 7 miles a day, so I think I will go back to that. The following week I am going to get up early and takeover walking the dogs.

I've been camping this weekend, last trip of the year, so I'm hoping to have a clear run at being very good until my holiday starts on 12 October. I've also booked another holiday in March and my goal is to lose at least 2 stone by then.
