    Tuesday

    Break - x1 Slice Wholemeal Bread(HEB1)
    Very thin layer of butter (2syns)
    x1 Laughing Cow Light (part of HEA1)
    Rasberrys

    Lunch - Pasta n sauce quiche with salad and cheese (HEA2)
    Rasberrys

    Tea: Home made Veg Spag Bol with Pasta
    Cheese (rest of HEA1)
    x1 Breadstick (2syns)

    Wednesday

    Break: Branflakes (HEB) Skimmed Milk (HEA) Strawberrys.
    Apple

    Lunch: Pasta Quiche (Have got fed up of it now lol)
    Muller Light
    Snackajacks (5.5 Syns)

    Tea:FREE curry 1/2 and 1/2 (actifry chips)
    Brown Pitta from Morrisons (HEB2)

    Thursday:

    Break: Branflakes (HEB) Slimmed milk (HEA)

    Lunch: Last nights Mushy Pea Curry rice and (HEB)pitta - filling and amazingly free

    Tea: Spag Bol (HEA) cheese

    Snack 1 and 1/2 cracker bread 3syns
    x2 Vodka 8syns?

    I noticed on Monday you only had 1 hexb, try & have both it will help with your loses.

    Also pitta bread isn’t a hexb :(, also try & have at least 5syns per day, having less will not speed up your losses.

    Otherwise looks brill.

    Thanks hun i am still coming to terms with the fact i cant get pitta bread HEB any more lol im weaning myself off it with the pack i have left. lol

    Asda wholemeal pitta bread is the only one that you can have as a HeB and you can still get it in the supermarkets.
    Try and fill up on more fruit and veg if you can to bulk things out and make sure that you are varying the types of food that you eat.
