Extra Easy my food diary!

hi all, I started slimming world 4 weeks ago so far my losses have been
week 1-3lb
week 2-4.5lb
week 3-(missed)
week 4-5lb
I weigh in on a Tuesday and aim to update this daily with my food for the day to look for tips, point out anything I have done wrong and keep me on the straight and narrow!!


so today's food
breakfast - omelette with 2 eggs, mushrooms, spinach and some cherry tomatoes

lunch - cheese on toast with a bit of lea and perrins (hea and b) with some pickled onions and cherry toms

dinner - SW curry (onion, garlic, chicken, Tom puree, pasatta, spinach, chicken stock) served with cauliflower rice and sugar snap peas.

snacks today have been 2 hi fi choc Orange bars as its the time of the month and they are super chocolatey!!

drinks -water and green tea.
 
today's food :

breakfast
2 satsumas
red grapefruit
Alpen light banoffee (1/2 hexB)
2 coffee with some hexA

lunch
2 egg omelette with spinach, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes

coffee remainer hexA

dinner
jacket potato with beans and cheese (3 syns) with ham, lettuce, orange pepper and cucumber plus salad cream (2.5 syns)

snacks
cherry tomatoes
Alpen cherry bake well bar (1/2 hexB)
Muller light - toffee

also managed an hours walk today with the kids and a run about the park.

a strange concoction -
mushrooms, garlic, spinach, baked beans and ham with a poached egg on top (it was actually quite nice

dinner
bolognaise (homemade) with lettuce and orange pepper and hexA cheese (25g)- I didn't fancy any pasta with it

a cake my kids made (melted chocolate and shredded wheat) - I will guess 4 syns although it was probably less as was very small.

had the munchies and couldn't stop eating! tommorrow I will be better and I will try and up my fluid intake although I am off to visit family so really hope I can stay on plan!
 
today's food : oops it all went pear shaped as the kids got so many Easter eggs

breakfast
1/2 a cadburys Easter egg (12 syns )
lunch
a light babybel
dinner
steak, SW chips, mushrooms, peas (all free thank goodness!)
slice of chocolate Cake (10 syns)
snacks
a banana
strawberries

back to correct eating tommorrow!!!
 
avoided temptation of the 20 Easter eggs in the cupboard

breakfast
over night oats (35g porridge oats hexB) with fat free yogurt, raspberries and strawberries. - I will try this tommorrow with a muller yogurt as I think it will be nicer!)
lunch
Apple - was still full from
the oats!
dinner
omelette with cheese (hexA) with mushrooms and orange pepper on the side for speed, followed by a skinny latte muller with some raspberries
snacks

a melon and grape pot from sainsburys and a muller toffee yogurt

didn't eat enough at lunch today I was starving by dinner time and I don't really want to eat 2 millers a day but I have liked having my cereal with yogurt and being able to have some cheese without synning

skipped lunch today was really hungry too need to be more organised, have made overnight oats for breakfast tommorrow and I will make a ham and cheese salad for lunch in the morning.
 
I have been poorly - food has been mainly on plan but no meals really and haven't eaten very much. am feeling much better today and hope this hasn't affected my weight loss too much!
 
Hello lovely :) , sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. I hope you feel better soon. I popped over here because I didn't see you update on the challenge thread for Saturday, not sure if you weighed or not ? I can put week 1 down as hols if you like, since you haven't been well. When your feeling better, just post on the challenge thread and I will amend it accordingly. Lots of (((hugs))), hope you get better soon .

So yesterday was my first day back on plan - I had quite severe tonsillitis and it's taken a while to leave! It did impact on my weight loss as although my food was 'good' I didn't follow the plan at all and most days managed just half a meal so not really enough. So yesterday was
Breakfast - overnight oats with a strawberry muller and raspberries (hexb)
Lunch - an omelette with mushrooms, spinach and baked beans
Dinner- jacket potato with tuna, cheese (hexa), cucumber and red pepper and salad cream (2.5 syns)

Snacks were -
Apple, orange and a toffee apple Hi-fi bar (3 syns). I also had a bit of my sons cookie which was about 2.5 syns so total syns -8

I will update later with today's food xx
