My food diet... Coleywoley27

Twas a rubbish start of the week.
Friday we had a salad with quiche which was good. But had an easter egg when I went to bed.

Saturday I had a few bits of sons Happy Meal as he wasnt eating it
Then take away chip naan on sat night plus easter egg

Sunday was on the road ALL day.
So i had an M&S Egg Mayo Sarnie, 2 Costa Hot Chocs then came home and had Pizza Hut!

Today I am attempting to get back on the Wagon!

Asda Garlic and Herb Cod.. 1syn
Lemon Rice
Mushy Peas

Much better day today! Got up at 2pm :eek: Must have needed it but OMG! Kids stayed at uncles as was travelling all day and kids hate travelling! So we had a night off from the kids and boy did we make use of it. Asleep by midnight and up at 2! ha!
So missed Lunch and Brekkie!

Didn't enjoy it and have just fed it the dog :(

Meaning I am going to end up snacking later & I am out of fruit! Argh

Yesterday was WI day. So started day with oats
HexA Milk
HexB Oats
Then nothing else but tea and water! Had a late start (School hollibobs)

Lost 2lb at WI

Today I had HexA Milk
HexB Bread (Nimble)
Bacon Salad Sandwich
Bowl of cereal :eek:
(Late wake up again last for Easter)

Tomorrow I will be making SW Turkey Burgers (Lemon and Herb) with SW Chips and veg
Oats for brekkie (HexB)
And Milk (HexA)

Likely a salad for lunch
 
Been away from my laptop most of this week.

WI day today, cant recall my food this week but it's not been great!

Hope the scales are kind to me this week :/
 
Half off last night. Dissapointed but I deserve it. I have been getting away with eating complete rubbish lately! So now back on track.
No Weigh In Night Treats! I had Sticky Chicken and Egg Fried rice :D

Today my HEXA is milk as always
HexB is 2 slices of Nimble. With Light Flora and Jam. 4 syns in total
Not sure on lunch and dinner but will update soon :D x

Lunch was a Mug Shot Tomato 1syn
1 slice of Nimble 2.5

HiFi bar 3syns
Apple

Dinner was a tuna quiche with Salad Potatos and salad cream 1.5 syns

14 syns today :eek: More than had expected or wanted but at least I know now!

Not logging food tomorrow. Simple reason. It's a synless day.... Me and my daughters are having a girls day in. Meaning cakes and treats will be on offer. I will try behave but no guarantee :p

So Back Monday...

Now to put a meal plan in place for MOn Tues and Weds! Possibly some speed soup to rid me of Sundays Syns.
 
Tried to make it as Synless as possible yesterday opted for a curly wurly and chewits which were the lowest syns I could get hands on. Also had a mug of milkshake and a slice of pizza.

I also ate a Golden Syrup loaf cake.... yep all of it! Whoops

Today is damage control!

Speed soup cooking syn less day coming up (I hope) x

Salmon, Chips and Mushy Peas for dinner

Apple for afters :)

Never am I trying speed soup again. 1st time it worked for me but this time I am taking 2 laxatives a night and still clogged up (Sorry tmi) I have bad trapped wind, look 6 months pregnant and weighed myself at home to see if it was affecting my weight. I have gained at least 2-3lb.

Totally gutted. I need to try unblock (tmi again) tonight and get this trapped wind under control or I am in for a gain at club tomorrow.

1st week I really count my syns so I can treat myself and it goes tits up!
 
Attempting 777 challenge this week!
So yesterday was fairly easy.
Brekkie was nothingness too busy running around like a loon.
Lunch was again nothing! HEXB Salted Caramel bar went down lovely though.
Dinner was Campbells Cheese & Broccoli pasta in sauce with added extra Veg and a sprinkle of cheese and a Linda McCartneys Rosemary and Thyme sausage.
5 syns for pasta and 2 syns for light cheese sprinkle.
Managed about 6 glasses of water.
Only 5 veggies though

so it was a 756 day :p

Shopping day tomorrow, cant wait cos tonight its all about eggs and whatever is in the freezer LOL.

Ok so... Dinner ended up being a tub od speed soup used as a pasta sauce with short spaghetti and extra veggies. 1/2 syn for some marg may have a muller light shortly.

STUFFED! Very yummy too.
 
Sounds good hun I have used speed soup as a pasta sauce before too. It works well. What happened. To the egg's
 
Had nothing to go with eggs. Will whip summat up tomorrow with eggs i think need new recipes. Going to market get meats and veggies tomorrow yums
