Ok so enough is enough I've had a shocking 2 & 1/2 weeks ....my bad habits have crept back and now taken over so today THAT'S IT !!!! Time to get back control and win this ;)

Want to have a stone off by Xmas I know I can do this so here goes !!!!!

I'm sitting in mcd with hubby- he's ordered the breakfast wrap (15pp)

Me- fruit bag and water and ive packed two crumpets to have at my sisters ;)
 
Wow nomes that's impressive ...have a great weekend xx we're off to the lake district for a week but I'll be good PROMISE !!!!!

I thought I'd start my own diary on here to bump it up a bit lol xx

Could you post your recipe in the recipe bit? My hubby loves chilli and he's joining me on simply filling on Monday ;)

Breakfast- two crumpets toasted with I triangle 0pp
Fruit bag from mcd's

Lunch- all bran and skimmed milk

Snack- cadbury wishes 5pp
Meringue nest 1pp

Dinner- actifry chips and extra light mayo 1pp

Weeklies used- if I don't have anything extra- 12/49
 
Course I will Hun xx o and I don't mind at all ...love seeing what your having and knowing mine gets checked too lol

Dinner- wholemeal pasta with onions and pepper and bacon. Maybe a drop of light mayo.

Roast beef slices- yum!!!!

Meringue nest- 1pp

When I'm on it no I don't have them all prob about 1/2 but trying to be super healthy after a shocking 2 weeks off plan x

Dinner- either spag Bol or crumpets and 1 triangle.

Lunch- tuna and half portion of brown rice

Dinner- steamed chicken breast and bns and sweet potato chips in actifry

Activity points earned- 3pp

Extra snack- 3pp
I'm going to use my activity points for a week and see if I lose. Therefore 6/49 pp used x

Only work on a Friday nomes we have our own business (hubbies trade) so I do the admin xxx I do lots of walking with my friend in the week ...did 50 miles last week with 3 stone of weight on my back (I know I'm mad) not done anything this week yet though with it being half term :(:(
