My Goal is to be Healthier dropping from 27 stone 9 lbs

We have cupboards full of food. My aim is to use some up, and just buy what we need. Like fresh salad bits, milk, anything for my son. But no snacks- we HAVE so many. Even crisps should last us 2 weeks.

Hope this week just to need
Milk
Toms
Low fat cheese slices
Cottage cheese- to add to multiple tins of tuna.
Bananas
Frozen fruit


Meals
Burgers- got rolls. I am using seeded bread
Pasta meal- pre made
Chicken wings ( for my son) sausages ( for my son again)
Got quorn and meat mince to do a chilli
Toastie ham and cheese, or ham and eggs ( got 12)
Fruit bagels with banana

Need to check what else. Xxxx
 
27.10 This morning.

We go away for the week. BUT I WANT to try and stay on track.

Aim is 2 l squash and hit protein goals.

We WILL be eating out at least once. BUT am going to TRY.

I am struggling physically. Xxxx
 
Have a lovely time.
 
Unsure of weight as away.

Banging headache yesterday so slept lots.

But did have a lovely meal. All within cals. Definitely need more fruit and veg.
